Beginner
I am just getting started distilling. I can glean apples and have been making apple brandy for a few years, but there is a lot to this that I am not familiar with. Trying to wrap my head around the science and art of distilling. I do different ferments, including beer and hard cider, though have also experimented with peaches and plums and elderberry flowers.
