Hi.
I have just retired and am interested in starting distilling, mainly apple and pear mash. I have made hard cider in the past and want to go up one level.

I have had and offer of a 60 l stainless still with a copper column and condensor, however I dont know enough about distilling as to whether this will give me the brandy I am looking for.
