I am still very new and figuring this whole thing out. Last season I saved a gallon of dunder for this season. I have my 5 gal of molasses warming by the fire (it poured so much easier warm).
But, I only have the one gallon of dunder saved. I am planning to do three ferments at a time. Should I just use the one gallon in one ferment and no dunder in the other two? Or should I split the one gal in each ferment?
I don't really want to ferment one then strip it and use the dunder for the next batch, though I guess I could if that is the best idea at this point.
this season I will save my dunder in a 5 gal bucket to have plenty for next season.
