I'm Mark; I've been brewing lager, stouts, lighter ales for some 10 years now. I use the Grainfather GF30 equipment and I bought the alembic copper condenser and starting testing a couple of recipes using all grain ferments and also many distillations with agave syrup, where I've figured out how to return some authenticity to the liquor and it's actually quite good.
