Hello:

I signed up early October 2023. Have been doing tons of experiments with my little entry level Air Still (don't have the knowledge or skills to build my own). Have learned tons from this forum, other reading, prior experience with beer/wine brewing. Looking forward to learning more. So glad I found you before I went the turbo route. It really put me off, so this is what led me to this site.
