New to distilling. New-ish to HD. I've been perusing the site reading as much as possible ... so. much. reading. Definiely a fan of videos as I commute quite a bit so any suggestions for videos are greatly appreciated.

At this point I've done a vinegar run and I now have a thing of birdwatchers sitting for a sac run and a non-pellitized sweet feed wash (I reckon it's not a true mash, probably more like a sugar wash with all the molasses and 5 lbs of sugar I added) found on the t&t page with a OG of 1.065 for a spirit run. I figured I'd do a spirit run without a stripping run just to get my bearings on this craft and figure out what's what. Like whatinthehell do yall mean tails smell like wet cardboard???? lol

Crawl. Walk. Run. Once I understand cuts and blends then I'll move on to stripping runs to perfect the likka and see if I can taste any differences.

Equipment:
- 13 gal. Vevor with slobber box. Plan on converting that to a thumper after my first run. Yes I know it's cheap. Not the highest quality. But as a noob didn't make sense for me to spend a shit ton of money or build my own just yet.

- Hydrometer and alcoholmeter. I'm no pro so I'm working with a handicap. Maybe someday I wont need it.

Look forward to learning from yall.
