Hi Folks, awaiting my b'day gift incoming from Vevor. I've got no experience distilling, but I've been all grain brewing for a few years, so I understand mashing. I have an affinity for Whiskey, mostly Irish and Scotch. I'm hoping this forum can help me make some decent whiskey :? to compliment my beers. Cheers. :)
