Howdy all, Mead maker from Texas here to learn.
I've been home-brewing Mead, and Ciders for about 10+ years and I'm excited to explore the next evolution of the craft and get into Rum making (my spirit of choice). For brewing equipment I'm set up pretty well on the fermentation side for up to 30 gallon runs, but I don't have a still yet. It seems like a pot still is the correct choice for making Rum, but I plan on finishing my newbie guide reading: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=52975 and watching some more videos before I make any equipment decisions.
