Hello from the Alps

Hello, i'm a 30 years old guy from the Alps. Since my childhood, i have always macerated plants and blueberries from my mountains ( specially Genepi and spruce). Now, i'm not young anymore so my main job is ending ( i do modeling ). I have to fine my way for after. And what i want to do is open a distillery.
HD is a treasure for me, i learn plenty of things, so i thank you all for all of these topics and recipe.

I think i have some more questions, so i'll let you know
