Hello everybody I just wanna start by saying thank you to all the pioneers on here who have really helped me since I started this journey of ours, I’m a bourbon man myself, but I am fascinated with history of brewing and distillation. I discovered home distiller quite a while ago, and took note of all the veterans on here I particularly like the no question is a stupid question unless you didn’t research it first anyway, I run a simple pot still in 10 gallon batches
