Hi!
Just signed up. However, I have been distilling for 15 years and spent a lot of time reading this forum.
Mostly go for neutral stuff, but I have tried making some whiskey and rum as well (didn’t turn out great though).
I have a modular reflux still that I run as either LM, VM or ARC. I can also run it as a stripper/pot-mode.
Not sure how much I will participate in discussions, but felt it was time to sign up
