Hello,

I'm interested in starting my own distillery in Nova Scotia. The community here seems great and very supportive. I'm taking a 5 day workshop in Vancouver the end of January to get hands on experience. I'm interested in making vodka, rum, gin and whiskey. Out of that I want to make different Milk Punch recipes using Vodka and Rum. I've already started experimenting with store bought products and am really happy with the results of my Mango Punch and Cranberry Mulled Spice Punch.
