Hey everyone, new obviously.
From Southern Ontario, learning the ropes.
I have used this form for research and now finally joining.

Focus is Whiskey and Brandy.

Tried a few recipes and failed.
Using a 50L pot, with thumper.

Hope with some real time assistance things may work out better.
