Enzume usage spreadsheet

Post by Mr_Beer »

I am a relative newbie to this forum and to distilling overall. This is a tremendous resource and I thank everyone who has answered my posts.

I purchased SEBAml GL (Low Temp), SEBstar HTL (High Temp) and ViscoSEB L enzymes to help in the conversion process. The directions that came with the products were great if your grain bill was measured in metric tons, not so great for small craft usage.

So I developed a spreadsheet using supplier data regarding dosage that will work with any of the products -- your input is in pounds of the grain bill or the adjunct grains. It provides enzyme addition amounts in tablespoons or teaspoons of enzyme required.

I thought it might be of interest to forum members, I do not know.

Since it is an EXCEL spreadsheet, I will email directly or post somehow in this forum.

I need some feedback regarding format, accuracy and usefulness.

Thank you.

I would like to have a look at the spreadsheet. I have the same enzymes but they did not cane with any directions so your info should be of some help to me.

I'm pretty sure you can attach the Excel file. Just change the file extension to .pdf and it should upload just fine. When someone downloads it, they just have to change the file extension back to what it was originally.
