I’m new here so this is a few information about my project and myself!
We’ve started to run some test in Laos to produce pure sugar cane rum in Laos and a bit of molasses rum as well for aging. We use a pot still bought in China and regarding the first batches we did last year we are very happy with it.
Last year while I was waiting for our next delivery of sugarcane I did some high ester rum test and I was very excited to see the results.
I still need to improve my skills, that’s the reason why I’m here
