I mean I guess it's welcome to me. Came here to quassibly figure out things.

Like suggested by a few youtube videos I just literally jumped in with both feet and have already produced maybe 10 gallons of spirit.

I'm just learning how everything operates and taking mental notes.

I plan on doing a bunch of reading.
