I have been making spirits for a few years now. Still very much new to the craft. I build and design my own stills which i sell online. Fircthe still head, I use a bokabob type design as this is better than using bubble plates, as it is more efficient. I have made grappa from old wine fines, corn whisky, cachasa, and rum.
