I'm looking forward to learning lots in the art of distillation.
I come from a back ground of beer making using a brewzilla electric pot. When I learned you could get a pot still and reflux still to turn it into a distillation unit I had to try it. That was 12 or so washes ago and I haven't looked back.
Started with sugar washes then added hooks rum wash. I've made 9 runs of that and have a good stock pile. I have done one run of ujssm and have the second fermenting at the moment.
