Hello everyone!
I’m new to the hobby, I have never distilled or fermented anything, but I have a lot of fond memories of my dad making beer and wine growing up. My wife and I are soon to be empty nesters, and I’m looking for a hobby that ‘mixes’ well with our warm weather love of camping.

Welcome, to first took up the hobby several years before retiring. Glad you found the forum before diving into distilling. It will probably save you money and time in the long run!
