Hello all, I’m Dr_G
Not a Dr yet but in the making. I’ve been following HD for months now before starting my first wash much less my first spirit run (this site sure does make the long nights of hospital work fly by). I’ve learned so much and am excited to learn so much more. While on my way to my doctorate, this site could definitely teach me a second doctorate in distilling. Thank you so much and I’m beyond happy to start my journey!
