Hi everyone. I'm new to this craft, never brewed or distilled before. I find it very interesting, and after spending many weeks reading and watching you tube, I'm excited about getting into it. I've found that learning curve for just the equipment is steep, let alone the many different ways to go about doing it correctly.
Reading posts on this site has answered some questions...and created more. I have more reading to do.
I'm not quite ready to start asking questions yet, at this point I'm just learning to crawl. When I'm ready to start trying to walk, I see you in the forums.
Thanks for what you do guys, this site is a fantastic wealth of information. Hats off to all that contribute.
Now, back to my studies....
