How's it going! I am new to running a still, but spent years as a commercial brewer and now work as a biochemist. Running a 10g No. GA pot and have enjoyed the trial and error involved in learning new processes. I've run three 20g washes of Shady's Sugar Shine, a 40g wash of SCD's Crow Bourbon, and 2 original recipe bourbons so far. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge and experience available on the boards and look forward to being a valuable contributor in time.
