+++2KW Induction & 5Gal Pot Distillation Process+++

Hello. I am going to be starting a distillation process using a 10%ABV sugar wash and a 5gal pot still with a thumper on a 2kw induction cooktop Prestige PIC16 which has the following input settings:
60deg C / 120W,
100deg C / 350W,
130deg C / 700W,
160deg C / 900W,
180deg C / 1100W,
200deg C / 1300W,
220deg C / 1600W,
240deg C / 1900W

I do no know the optimal way to go about the process in terms of temp or power adjustments to get the best output. Would greatly appreciate a step by step guide. Thanks a million.
