3 pages is peanuts. The more popular recipes here often have 20+ pages. And it's worth taking the time to read them because there are many gems lurking in them.
Gonna have to make some more of this. We're almost out!

Re: Ginger Liquour
Just made some with half raisin soaked uj and half white wheat whiskey turned out great
did some research and found you dont need to peel the ginger , so i just put in the blender with water before boiling with the other ingredients

Re: Ginger Liquour
Just made a batch.
Soaked 1/2 the ginger in 95% neutral for 3 days then added it and the rest to the boil.
Used about 1/2 the sugar and diluted to 40% ABV.
Tastes great and is sneaky strong, hence the name.
Sorry can't get the pic right side up....
Note: when searching images for ginger haired women make sure you add "faces" to the search terms (Just kidding, but I bet a few looked before this edit )

Re: Ginger Liquour
Made another batch of this yesterday. I was slightly disappointed when I tried it, but I think my tastebuds may have been slightly off. That or a night of sitting was needed for the flavours to balance out properly. Nice heat, and a very present ginger flavour (which was missing yesterday).
