DAP (di-ammonium phosphate) is a safe yeast Nutrient . It is also a fertiliser.
But not all fertiliser can be used as nutrient . Beware Urea fertiliser as it causes a carsongenic product to be formed .
Best get DAP from Home brew stores .

Fertilizer is vague... In any case, do not use urea! You can use a 21-0-0 fertilizer, but the best solution remains DAP Diammonium phosphate because it provides both nitrogen and phosphorus, phosphorus is important for the cellular respiration. You can also add Epsom salt Magnesium sulphate), but it's not a must.
