Hello, I'm Jay and I am very new to distilling alcohol! My friends noticed how much I enjoyed watching Moonshiners, and for a bday present I was gifted a T500. Excitedly I dove into YouTube Uni and scoured this forum for beginner information. Twice I've created a yummy sweet potato vodka (although both times the clean up was horrid). While I was mildly successful, it was clear there is still so much to learn. I'm eager to learn from the more experienced distillers on here about how to master the fermentation process, how to optimally operate my T500, learning how to make cuts, and trying different recipes you've shared. So I thank you all for knowledge already given, and in advance for knowledge received!
