Good evening y'all. I'm a new distiller from the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Started out 6 months ago with he Vevor 9.6 gallon setup to see if I could make something drinkable and if I enjoyed it. Turns out I love it and the first thing I made was Slivovitz and it was awesome. Then Concord Grape brandy, then I upgraded to a proper copper still from Copper Still Co. And pressed on with corn whiskey, apple brandy and Royal Medlar (google that one) brandy, then some proper Jimmy Red corn whiskey.
I'm focusing on whiskey recipes until fruit season then it will be back to brandy for a while. Very much enjoying the hobby and looking forward to learning more.
