10 year old ferment UJSSM gen 15
I was cleaning out an old shed at my house and i stumbled upon a fermentor i forgot about that is a UJSSM generation 15 that has been sitting there since 2014. i was amazed it didn't evaporate. air lock was still on and man is it sour. I'm gonna run it today and se how it turns out.

That's a good bit of history. Finding a jug of aged booze that you'd forgotten about is obviously more fun but an unused ferment is classic. The trub should be well compacted by now.

If the ferment tastes like a nice vinegar, save some for your pantry.

Wow! If the acetobacter have gotten into it they may have converted all the ETOH to vinegar... Might try cooking a cup or so in a pan to see if it produces ETOH vapor before running the whole thing...
Even so, it also sounds like a prime candidate for a cleaning run if it has turned to vinegar if/when and a cleaning is needed
