Best Purchase Ever!

Post by Zacher »

So I lamented in the Booner's Casual All Corn-Tried and True Recipe thread that it took me 3+ hours to grind 20# of corn with my coffee grinder. It was overheating constantly and could only do 5oz at a time. Being the recipe was so good and I had a lot of corn left(and polished off the first run), I decided to go on the closed restaurant auction website and look around. I found this, bid on it and won it for $50US.

I had to put my own twist on it after I completely cleaned it out so here is the finished version.

I put a big pot under the chute and ground 30# of corn in about 5 minutes. It tore it up like butter!
Considering a Manual Corona Grinder is $46.99 on Amazon I'm pretty pleased!
