Hi, thanks for the add and the place to start this interesting hobby.

Have home brewed for 30+ years but just now deciding to take it to the distillery. Looking for maybe a retirement project in the craft sector.

Just barreled my first batch I’m calling Moongnac yesterday and waiting very impatiently.

Used a Pinot Grigio kit and it smelled and tasted so clean I’m excited.
