i'm a gardening /food /drink enthousiast living half-way between Montreal and Quebec city. I got into (hard)cider making 4 years ago, mainly from friend's fruits and foraged wild apples. ...Now, grafting and planting fruit trees everywhere! I got myself a cheap potstill last year to turn "not so interesting" ciders into brandy, with some OK results. So, i'm looking to get better at it! — I found this forum looking for infos about fermenting and distilling «end of the season» maple syrup... Can't wait to look around this forum!
