AKA blue distillate.
Was running along fine but a little slow and it was getting late so I decided to shut down for the night. Turned off the heat and the water and left the head assembled. Figured it would either be fine or be an experiment. Well, it was an experiment. The first jar off the next morning and all the following were blue.
Next time I'm gonna tear down the head and rinse it off if I shut down in the middle of a run and leave it overnight.

Myself experienced blue. In my case the common denominator is Angle Yellow Lable yeast and loading the copper still the night before with beer for a strip run.
