Just getting interested in the hobby, been a long time home beer brewer, since back in about the early 90's, thinking of starting doing some of that all grain mash I use for beer and making it into whiskey.
Already done a bunch of reading, and watching videos, I know a ton about all grain mashing, and making all grain beers so now I just have to learn the distillation, maturation etc side of the process.
I plan on also trying some other distillation like rum, vodka etc, as well, might as well!
