Hello,
I just moved from the PNW to Mahurangi East, New Zealand. Want to get into distilling and brewing as I'm living in a very remote area- 45 min from civilization. I have power and water is collected rain. I've been researching the air still because of the water issue. My wife and I enjoy all spirits so looking forward to the possibilities. We're retired vets so the science of distilling is very interesting to me- I'll call it "continuing education!"
