Howdy Y'all! Another PNW dude here

Post by RaekMike »

New to this sport.
Been playing about 3 months now.
Started off with a 13 gal Vevor still to see if it would be something I wanted to pursue, knowing I was at least getting a nice big cooking pot or fermenter out of the deal.
I was immediately hooked and ordered my 8 gallon milk can dual purpose copper still from mile high.
I've been running several types of washes with quite good success and now quick aging some whiskeys with wood chips.
Up to having 6 fermentors now and another 10 gallon copper still made with a thumper for other types of flavorings.
I follow directions well from Smart people that know what they are doing like in this forum.

That's why I've had beginner success, so thank you!
