Recently I started down the ‘all corn’ whiskey rabbit hole of recipes and related discussions.
There is some notion that the type or corn used will affect the taste – at least that is what the commercial distillers claim as they charge $$$ for their product.
Does anyone in this forum have actual experience they care to discuss regarding blue or red or white corn versus typical dent corn?
