A big hello from an enthusiastic total noob

Hi there everybody, (and moderators!)

I am speaking to the wind here I guess, but this is something I have wanted to do for many years. That is, home distilling and enjoying the fruits of one's labour. Like sailing a boat by the wind alone there is something pure about making spirits by your own hand.

I've been poring of the contents of the site gleaning what I can, but I have some questions. So, keen to get started. As I learn hopefully I may be able to help some other beginners on their way as well.
