Long time lurker has finally made the decision to join. I enjoy pot still production of malted barley based beverages. Started with an 8 gallon Vevor rig. One run and I knew it needed to be modified. Now, I still use the pot- but, everything else has been changed out. It’s slow, but it works ok. I’m an old retired guy who needed something interesting to do, and this hobby has helped to fill the bill. I’m three years into it. I’ve experimented a little but, but generally only interested in producing what I enjoy drinking- Scottish-style whisky. I’m always looking to learn, and willing to help others who may be newer to this than me. I look forward to contributing to the group.
