I'm a do it myselfer when it comes to anything edible. I am a home baker turrned into a home brewer soon to become a home distiller. It kind of fits the pattern I think. My first gear, an alcoengine reflux is waiting to be picked up. Have been reading the forum a rather unhealthy amount recent months so now I have to get started distilling or I will go crazy.
Hoping to learn by making some neutral spirits to advance to oaked spirits for me and gin for my better half.
