I am a novice distiller and have recently been working my way through various types of stills using a t500 boiler as the main body. I have built a pot still column, CM column, and most recently a VM column. I have been working my way through all of these trying to learn about the hobby and understand as much as I can about the different kinds of stills. I started with sugar washes but have recently ventured toward rice mash using YLAY with much success.
