You enter the Rating of your element into the Setup boxes .
Then you can enter the reading off your Ammeter and it will calculate the Power your element is Drawing .
Likewise , if you have a Voltmeter ACROSS your element ,then it will calculate power based on that .
It will not work if you have your voltmeter on the input side of your SSRV
It may also be useful if say you are contemplating getting a certain size element to see if your outlet will be big enough to handle the Current draw . It will also calulate the Power at 1Amp increments and you can select that an display as a graph .You could print out a paper copy to look up that suits your element .
Values highlighted in Red exceed the rating of the element .
Note : if you enter a number into any box other than the Coloured ones , you'll screw the formula and have to download the File again .
Sorry my Excell Foo is weak . Happy for anyone to improve on it .
Also Note:
If you have two identical elements connected to the controller ,then the Current will be shared between them .But you must first enter the combined power of both elements in the setup.
For example ,Fierycreations has two 4500w elements connected to his controller .
He would enter 9000w into the setup boxes .(not 4500watts)
Then , if his ammeter shows 20Amps , his combined power will be 2560watts

So fierys chart will be like this .
1 Amps 6 Watts
2 Amps 26 Watts
3 Amps 58 Watts
