Hello All!

Hello there from Upstate East Coast (USA),

I am obviously new to the forum and well this is the place to start.

A little bit about me:
- I have been brewing beer for over 12 years now.
- I have 8 taps at home and 4 at my family cottage.
- Love Bourbon and Whiskey and would love to be able to craft some myself some day!
- I just bought the parts today to make a 13 gallon stainless steel pot still with a glass column that will be packed with copper.
(I know the class column on a pot still is pointless, but well I wanted it and it will look sexy!)

I have been doing a LOT of reading on this forum and have been learning so much. (Nowhere near done yet!)

Look forward to chatting with you fine people and some day, long time from now, helping someone like me coming into the craft.
