Hello from Tennessee
My name is Joe and I'm from Tennessee. I have been a Paramedic for 35 years. New to distilling. My wife bought me a small still to learn on. My friends say it is pretty good. I currently can't sample it due to waiting to get on the heart transplant list. Just looking to learn.

Welcome, Joe, from another Tennessean in the eastern end of the state.
As they say, read until your eyes bleed! Lots of great info here, but sometimes its a bit difficult to find the right stuff. Learn to use the google search box located in the toolbar near the top of every page.

Re: Hello from Tennessee
Middle Tennessean here and welcome to HD Joe. Good idea to combine reading and researching with running. If youβre not drinking right now itβll be easier to keep some on the shelf aging
Cheers,
