Hello all,

My name is Elaine and I'm excited to join this community of distillation enthusiasts. I've always been fascinated by the process of turning fermented ingredients into spirits and I'm looking forward to learning from the experienced distillers here.

A little about me - in my free time I love to travel and experience the local cultures wherever I go. Part of what draws me to distillation is discovering the regional styles of spirits around the world. From Scottish whisky to Japanese shochu, it's been fascinating to sample the wide variety of drinks that incorporate local ingredients and techniques.

I'm looking forward to learning from all your experiences and expertise!
