Noob here from Canada. I prefer to eat produce grown from my own garden, so it seems fitting to learn how to make & enjoy my own spirits! This place looks to be the gold standard of home distilling info on the interwebs, so I figured its time to join up!
I've actually wanted to try home distilling for a while, so it's time to start the learning & experimenting. I'd eventually like to figure out making grain burbon and rye, but for now it'll be learning the basics and building from there.
