Hello, my name is Tom and I am a retired organic chemist. I have been waiting for home distilling to become legal in this country since I was a teenager, and quite frankly, i'm too much of a wuss to do it until it is. With the laws against it having been declared unconstitutional by that federal judge in Texas. I'm very hopeful that it will be legal very shortly. Now we just have to convince my home state of Indiana that it's not a problem.
