Hi I,m newish to the hobby/ craft. I’ve been making beer but mostly wine for years. I live in the country that isn’t in the E.U anymore. Pleased to be here

A litte more information would be good.
What spirits do you enjoy, or would you hope to make?
Do you own a still yet? Is so what type? If not what type do plan on building or buying?
