Welcome! From one noob to another, READ, there is a literal ton of good info here and everyone is super helpful. Go in every forum list and check out all the topics, there are some really great jems of wisdom hidden here and there. Enjoy the forum, so far it's been a great resource and a lot of fun for me.

Welcome to the club 🍻. Most of my wine goes to brandy now.
I drink so much now,on the back of my license it's a list of organs I need.

Yep, that is my plan, especially with the Blackberry wine that is currently bubbling away. I usually get around 15% when it’s finished, so should be good. Now got to learn how to make it into delicious brandy.
