hi I'm new here
im a middle aged male living in northern central USA
I currently have started my first build.
16 gallon stainless keg
2ft copper column
with structured copper packing
into a copper worm 15ft 3/8
boiler electric 5500
controller tbd
whiskey is goal

hoping for sacrificial run in couple weeks
sugar wash and learn
start fermentation this weekend if can find good vessel

I'm here to learn. i'm all about the build, my good friend is all about the product. and he is what got ne motivated to turn down this road
