LM take off plates?

Howdy all,

Can anyone point me towards a source for LM side take off plates?
I've been scouring the internet and I can't find anything in 4"... the closest thing I've seen is those 3" "rectification modules" on aliexpress, but I have had nothing by bad experiences buying off ali.

Any help would be appreciated.
